Few fish lend themselves to a satisfying curry like the monkfish, indeed the meaty texture and robust flavour make it a perfect partner for those wonderful South Asian spices and the accompanying dose of warmth. Our Chef has created a small one-off batch of creamy curry with his usual panache, cramming it with Chilli, Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Paprika, Cumin and delicate cuts of Cornish monkfish.

Monkfish (45%) [FISH], Tomato, Onions, Coconut Milk, Cherry Tomato. Red Peppers. CELERY, Olive Oil, Red Chilli Peppers, Garlic, Rose Harissa (Rehydrated Red Peppers, Sunflower Oil, Spices, Garlic, Salt, Rose Petals. Acidity Regulator Citric Acid), Ginger, Tomato Puree. Red Wine.
