Crab and Roasted Tomato Soup (serves 2)

This delicious soup is just the right level of special to serve at a dinner party or a cosy night in for two! Vibrant and flavour-packed, it makes a colourful start to any special meal and is of course loaded with delicious, sustainably sourced Cornish Crab meat. The luxuriantly silky tomato base boasts a depth of flavour highlighting the sweetness of the crab, undercut with a little heat. Our expert chefs in Cornwall hand-prepare this product in small batches, ensuring the best quality.

Each pouch contains 400g of soup, (*frozen*).

*To serve:*
Simply defrost in the fridge overnight, transfer to a saucepan and warm through. Serve with some nice crusty bread. Heaven!
